To start, even though I’ve written a fair amount here, I want to say I’m actually very easy to please. As long as you stick in the general area of my likes and respect my DNWs, I’m going to be delighted. Also, I’m equally excited about all of these options! Some sections are longer than others because I have more specific ideas about certain character combos (or because I was copying and pasting from past letters where I had more letter writing energy), but I didn’t request anything I wouldn’t be over the moon to receive. Characters are the most important thing for me in fic. I certainly appreciate a good plot, but seeing more of the characters I love is my number one priority.

I’m fairly open on tone and genre — fluff, angst, and basically everything in-between is good by me.

For requests where I’ve asked for ship fic, I define that broadly — everything from pining/flirting/other pre-relationship up through established relationship can make me happy. If you want to write smut I’ve included information on my likes, but I’d be just as happy with something lower rated.

- I esp. like the idea of this being super uncommon/caused by some weird sort of spell or sci-fi whatever, so they have no idea what’s going on at first
Fake dating, where the stakes are commensurate with medium-to-high stakes for the canon (so, for something like the MCU, probably something mission related; for a slice of life canon, needing a date to a wedding so people will stop asking about your ex is fine)

I don’t really know much about how to describe art, and I will pretty much be guaranteed to love whatever you create because I am just amazed at anyone who can make art, but some specific patterns I’ve noticed in things I like:

Colors

Black and white + one color (esp. red, but really any)
Rich colors, colors that glow
Blue is my single favorite color, generally

Styles

Some styles I’ve noticed I like: pop, graffiti, realism, cute & cartoon-y.
For Into the Spider-Verse or BoJack, I love things in the style of canon, though other styles are also great!
I don't like porny or super ronatic chibis, but I like it for gen or shippy stuff that’s leaning into the cute
I’ve enjoyed both sketchier line art type things and more solid filled in things (<--I really don’t know how to use art terminology, sorry!)

Content

Emphasis on touch between two characters. E.g:
- hugging
- carrying

Why I requested it: As far as I’m concerned this show is one of the best of all time, and I always want more. I’m constantly astonished by its ability to blend wacky humor with soul crushingly poignant character moments. It has amazingly creative world building and some of the most realistically crafted characters I’ve ever seen, under all the animal puns and slapstick adventures. It’s depressing as fuck, and yet the way the characters keep fumbling on, attempting to connect to each other and often support each other, even when maybe that’s ill advised, actually leaves me oddly hopeful and uplifted.

What I’m looking for/prompts by pair:

Any Character & Sarah Lynn: Sarah Lynn is my very favorite character on a show full of characters I adore. Her story is so predictably tragic (she literally jokes about how she’s going to die young in the first episode she appears in), and yet despite the predictability, the tragedy hits home because while in many ways she’s a cliche, she is also a distinct character. She’s smart and kind of weird and wanted to be an architect, and she breaks my heart.

I’m not super interested in Sarah Lynn as a child/on Horsing Around (I don’t mind that backstory being included, but I would prefer it’s not the entire fic), but beyond that, I’m open to anything: backstory from when she was a pop superstar on, missing moments from the show, AU where she lives and what happens next, etc. Happy, sad, funny, angsty, bittersweet: it’s all good with me.

How did Sarah Lynn go from top-of-the-charts to semi-has been?
I’m really interested in the loneliness she expressed feeling as a superstar. How did she deal with that?
More of her lost drug binge time with BoJack
Sarah Lynn ends up spending time with any of the other characters, sober or not. Like, how would it go if she ended up on a road trip with Dianne? Did she and Mr. PB ever meet at a party? Did she hear Sextina Aquafina call her a has-been on TV and have a reaction the next time they crossed paths? Anything you can think of!
AU where she lives and gets sober. Can she stay sober? Does she actually become an architect? What would future interactions with BoJack be like? Feel free to go happy or sad here.
AU where she lives and doesn’t get sober. How does that impact the other events of the show going forward? Was she at the campaign event where Mr. PB’s house sunk into the ground? Did she meet Hollyhock?
Outsider POVs on Sarah Lynn (fans, co-stars, family, other characters, the media, etc.). I’m really interested in the tension between her image as a celebrity and the reality of her life, and this would be a cool way to explore that.
Want to tell the story through an experimental format like social media posts, text chains, newspaper/gossip articles, etc? I’m all for it! I think this is a great canon and character for that.
I’m more than down with gen: my biggest interest here is exploring Sarah Lynn as a character. That said, if you are interested in incorporating ships, I’m open to just about anything. Want to tell me about her relationship with Andrew Garefield? More fucked up, destructive Sarah Lynn/BoJack? Want to ship her with other characters from the show, other BoJack versions of celebs, or OCs? It all sounds great!

BoJack Horseman &/ Mr. Peanutbutter: When I first started watching this show, I never would have predicted finding this dynamic as interesting as I do. I love that BoJack sees Mr. Peanutbutter as a rival and an annoyance, and meanwhile Mr. Peanutbutter is all “this is my good friend BoJack, I love him so much.” It would have been so easy to have them just be rivals — especially because of the Diane of it all — and yet, the show refused to make it that simple, and I love that by the end Mr. PB is one of the few people from BoJack's old life who still wholeheartedly supports him. The way he stuck by him in the final season was really sweet.

I like this pair as ship and gen equally, so whichever you prefer! Even with my "fake relationship" type prompts, I am totally down for that to be legit gen, and just them dealing with the situation and getting closer as friends.

Post-finale: After he gets out of prison, does BoJack crash with Mr. PB again for a while? Does Mr. PB help him get on his feet in other ways? Maybe they do a project together?
In general, what does BoJack do with his life post-finale? Is he back in the biz? Does he volunteer with incarcerated people the way he said he would? Does he do something else? Does he stay sober, or fall off the wagon? Do other friends stick by him, or does he find himself isolated? How does Mr. PB play into or react to any of that?
The way that Mr. Peanutbutter’s happy-go-lucky attitude is clearly covering for his own pain is what makes him so interesting to me, and it was nice to see him get some self-awareness at the end there. BoJack getting to see more of that side of him, them dealing with their pain together, and/or trying to grow together would be great.
BoJack and Mr. Peanutbutter play characters who are dating or married in a movie or play.
In general, accidental or fake dating/marriage is great. If you like that idea, I have a lot of prompts for it here

Why I requested it: I want the Doctor (really, any New!Who Doctor!) to hang out with my troubled faves. I always want this. I am obsessed with this concept.

What I’m looking for: Generally, I love the way the Doctor is able to get to the heart of what is going on with a person. I love their kindness, but also that they don’t take shit and will absolutely use tough love. So throw that at these characters, and see what happens! Wherever you want to go with these, I want you to take me. But some very brief thoughts and prompts for each pair:

The Doctor & Abed Nadir: Abed finds out Inspector Spacetime is basically real! He’s trained for this forever! I imagine that Abed would take the whole thing pretty much in stride, and the Doctor would be fascinated by this calm kid who somehow isn’t confused by a time-traveling alien showing up.

The Doctor & Ben Solo | Kylo Ren: I love the idea of the Doctor encountering Ben/Kylo at any point of his journey. Does the Doctor sweep him away as a companion before he has a chance to go evil? Fight him at the height of his Supreme Leader days? Save him from the end of TROS? Whatever the case, I think the Doctor would see right through him and any fronts he has up, and cut to the heart of his pain and loneliness.

The Doctor meets Beth when she’s older, after she’s been world champion and maybe is feeling a little lost, or concerned because there is young blood nipping at her heels. What is she like, then? Is the Doctor able to help her find things beyond chess to live for, or re-inspire her when she’s starting to lose the fire?

The Doctor & Catherine (The Great) : Oh, you just know Catherine would make an awesome one-episode style companion, whether it’s the Doctor fighting aliens who have invaded the court or Catherine being whisked off in the TARDIS. Or what if she takes a longer time off from ruling to go traveling?

The Doctor comes to Peter’s court because Alien of the Week thing.

The Doctor & Natasha: I love the idea of the Doctor getting through Natasha’s shell, and throwing her off. She’s the woman who can read everyone, and is impossible for other people to read. But can she read the Doctor? Can the Doctor read her?

The Doctor runs into Nat while dealing with an alien situation on Earth. Do they work together? Is Nat initially suspicious? This could be set at any time, from pre-Nat defecting Russia through the Endgame gap.

The Doctor & Nebula: The Doctor is just so good at helping and getting through to people in pain, I would love to see them do that with Nebula at literally any point during Nebula’s timeline. If it's Eleven, Twelve, or Thirteen, feel free to either have the Doctor think about/acknowledge that Nebula reminds them of Amy or totally ignore it.

They are (or start out) on opposite sides of a situation back when Nebula was still under Thanos’ sway. The Doctor sees Nebula’s pain anyway, and maybe gets through to her, even just a little

The Doctor & Rocket: I think The Doctor would probably find Rocket fascinating and unique, but would also take such issue with his love of guns, theft, and general disregard for the law. On the flip side, I think Rocket would initially find the Doctor weird and annoying, but might eventually come to appreciate their faith in people, even if he can’t admit he appreciates it.

Why I requested it: Okay, so obviously the theme here is that I want to see MCU Peter Parker interact with the Netflix Marvel characters. I think it would be so interesting. He, like them, focuses on street-level crime in New York. But unlike them, he’s also been brought into (and buys into) the Avengers “big leagues.” Plus, personality-wise he’s just so different: all of the Netflix characters (except Danny, who is different from him for other reasons) are various degrees of cynical, hardened, and angry at the world. And then here we have this kid who by all rights should be those things, and yet somehow is a ball of enthusiasm and positivity. That contrast is what really fascinates me.

What I’m looking for, by character:

Peter & Matt: In particular, Matt could help Peter get a handle on his enhanced senses, since that’s something they have in common. And I could see Matt feeling like he had an obligation to take Peter under his wing if he figured out he was young and had similar sensory powers/issues. I think the compare/contrast in their approach to crime-fighting is also interesting. They both believe in non-killing, but Matt is obviously more willing to be incredibly violent up until actual death.

Peter & Jessica: I feel like she might find him annoying but kind of adorable? I can imagine a scenario where they meet and he decides she’s cool and interesting and just sort of keeps popping up until she’s willing to deal with him. And/or where she becomes reluctantly impressed when he does something stupid-brave. Or maybe she’s just constantly annoyed. (Of all these combinations, this is the one that strikes me has having the most opportunity for humor.)

Peter & Luke: Here, what I’m most interested in is contrasting senses of justice. They are both characters who are very tied to a particular place, and want to do right by it. But Peter is young, and seems to be mostly under the impression that doing right is a simple matter of stopping the bad guys. Luke knows it’s a little more complicated than that. (Also fun: very chatty Peter vs. more stoic Luke).

Peter & Danny: They can bond over losing family and struggling to understand their place in the world with crazy powers. Peter would absously love to hear about Danny’s backstory, I think. And maybe Danny could teach him some proper fighting skills.

Peter & Frank: The one case where I think Peter would be well and truly frightened of the other character. I’d love to see something that deals with the contrast between their approaches to fighting crime. Also, Frank being overly protective of Peter because he's so young, and Peter finding that annoying because HELLO, Frank’s just a guy, Peter’s the one with superpowers! would be fun.

Nebula, who now has five years of doing good under her belt, but maybe still isn’t totally used to thinking of herself a good person dealing with a version of Gamora who just broke free of Thanos and hasn’t yet gone through all the development we saw in the GOTG movies. Nebula having to reestablish the sisterly relationship she had only just started to build with the Gamora she knew. Why I requested it: There is so much potential for abuse of power and manipulation here. Obie called Tony from him bed, while shirtless, and Tony didn’t blink an eye. Why the hell not? What is the backstory there? I want to know, and I want it to be twisted.

What I’m looking for: I’m really interested in manipulative dubcon here, though it does not at all have to be E rated. If it IS E rated, I’m not too worried about the thin line between dubcon and noncon, especially when it comes to taking advantage of Tony being drugged, or disregarding limits in a situation that starts out consensual (or manipulated consent, anyway). I’m just not interested in Obie out of nowhere nonconning Tony, you know?

But any dynamic where Obie manipulates a young and/or vulnerable Tony into thinking he wants more than he does, or where Tony gets in over his head but won’t admit it to himself, or doesn’t know how to get it to stop is great. Tony is in denial about the fact that the relationship isn’t 100% consensual, even though part of him knows it feels wrong; he wants to end it but is scared to say no because he doesn’t want to lose another important adult figure in his life; limits are disregarded, the sex/relationship leaves him feeling empty and used, etc. but he blames himself for that, there must be something wrong with him if he can’t enjoy it—anything along those lines.

Tony is stressed. Obie is just trying to help him out. Really, he’s the one doing Tony a favor here. Tony should be grateful.

Tony’s various exploits are bad for SI. Obie suggests that Tony could use him as an outlet for his libido. You know, to help the company. Doesn’t he want to be responsible?

Come on, it would be good for the company! And Tony is already such a slut, why not? Maybe Tony once confessed he had fantasies along those lines, and Obie uses that confession to push him to actually do it. Maybe drugs and alcohol are involved. Etc.
Punishment for Disobedience:
- Sexy version: when Tony fucks up, he deserves to be spanked, slapped, choked on a cock, denied orgasm, etc. Obie is just trying to teach him a lesson and help him grow up.
- Non-sexy version: when Tony fucks up, Obie is harsh: he yells, he cuts off privileges, he withholds affection, anything else. This makes Tony feel awful, but he's the one who messed up, so it's what he deserves, right?
In a situation where the “relationship” has been going on for a bit: anytime Tony gets close to a real relationship with someone else, Obie fucks it up by causing him to cheat, or sweeping him away for a several week long vacation in Europe and not letting Tony call the person, or whatever else.
Creepy, fucked up fluff. I am all for sweet moments, Obie giving Tony gifts, supporting him in a time of need, etc., with an undertone of menace, manipulation, or anything else that tips the hand that something isn't quite right here.
Their relationship later.
- Maybe they have something when Tony is younger, and then it trickles off until Obie only tries to sleep with him once or twice a year. But when he does, Tony can’t figure out how to say no, even when he’s well past the age where that should be a problem. That must mean he really wants it, right?
- Maybe they don’t sleep together anymore at all, and the focus is more on how Tony compartmentalizes and deals with his past

Why I requested it: My MCU OTP. There can never be enough fic of them for me, simple as that.

What I’m looking for: I really like to see this ship portrayed with: a) a strong sense of mutual affection, where they are both incredibly important to each other; b) a strong sense of mutual compatibility despite the age difference (I like them bonding over science and superheroing and the loses they've both suffered and how hard it is for other people to understand them); and most importantly, c) a strong sense that their relationship is ultimately a real positive for both of them. I really do not want any flavor of Tony manipulating Peter or Peter feeling used or put in a bad position by Tony — other characters can think that’s what’s going on, Tony can be really self-conscious and worried about making sure that’s not what’s happening, but I ultimately I want their internal dynamic to be a good one.

That said, I also like that this ship has a lot of potential for angst and pining, so feel free to lean into that if you want. I love Tony realizing he’s attracted to Peter and feeling tons of guilt about it and resisting acting on it for as long as possible; I love Peter realizing he has feelings for Tony but assuming he could never see him that way. I like either or both being super damaged by the events of IW and Endgame (and FFH for Peter), especially if it results in overprotectiveness and intense focus on each other.

General Tropes/Scenarios

Dimension hopping! One or both meet other versions of themselves. Some specific ideas:
- They meet a version of themselves who are already together. How do they react? Does this freak them out? Inspire them to get together?
- They meet an evil version of Tony and/or Peter. Does this lead to having to fight their evil selves? Dubcon sex (feel free to draw on my SIM ideas for Consent Issues if you would like to go a dubcon sex direction)?
- I talked about this some in the x-over section, but I love Into the Spider-Verse, so x-over with any of those characters is fun. Maybe Miles sets them up? Peter B. Parker immediately pings to their sexual tension? Etc.
- Feel free to incorporate some self-cest P/T/T or P/P/T threesomes or moresomes if you want, but that is in no way required
Resurrection weirdness. Resurrection leads to soul bond? Tony has come back wrong somehow? Touch is different for him? Maybe he craves it more? Maybe it’s too much? Whatever you can think of!
Post-FFH. How does Peter deal with the fallout of what happened with Beck and/or the identity reveal? How does it change him? How does Tony deal with those changes (whether he’s resurrected, or AU where he is alive)?
Body swap! Leading to fun and/or sexy times :D
They get high together! Or tipsy. Or: coffee has weird side effects on Peter.

Specifically sexy stuff

One or both are made to choose between sex pollen and truth serum. Which do they pick? If they are both choosing, do they have different answers?

In general, feel free to play around with their sexual dynamics. I love the classic dom-y top Tony/subby-bottom Peter, but I just as much love switching up those dynamics. Maybe Peter tries topping. Maybe Tony is actually normally more subby and being more in charge is a whole new thing for them.
General sex experimentation (including literally in a science way, and suit kink is always loved) is good!
Homecoming, but with fucking. Just…this thread and this one. I want it. Don’t worry too much about this one brushing up against the “Tony taking advantage of Peter” DNW as long as a) Tony isn’t doing it intentionally (just being a mess who is bad at boundaries) and b) there is a happy ending in the end.

Getting Other People Involved

& Morgan Stark: Cuteness overload in adorable daughter form :D
- Peter and Tony each tell Morgan stories about the other.
- When Peter comes back after the snap, he discovers Spider-Man is Morgan's favorite superhero, because of all the stories Tony has told her about him.
- Morgan decides to match-make, in adorable child fashion
- Established relationship, or just Peter in the very-good-friend-with-feelings zone: for the first time, Peter gets called in to emergency pick Morgan up from school (maybe something came up for both Pepper and Tony at SI or something), and he's hella nervous about how to handle it
- Peter melts watching Tony with Morgan, or vica-versa
& The Guardians of the Galaxy: Adventures in spaaaaaaaace! Peter and Tony have already met most of the team, and I love the idea of more.
- Peter and Tony help the Guardians on an adventure of some sort. I love the idea of Peter being charmed and awed by these aliens. Maybe Tony is a little jealous because he’s normally the one Peter is gawking over. Maybe that makes him realize he wants more than just hero-worship from him? I also like the idea of Tony maybe not getting along with the Guardians so well (he doesn’t always play well with others) and Peter charming the socks off of them, and that also messing with him.
- IW AU where they defeat Thanos and have to make their way back to Earth together. Tony maybe Tony is still really injured. Hurt/comfort opportunities? Opportunities for Peter to step up and be the one to really work with the Guardians?
- Tony & Nebula friendship + Peter/Tony shipping = great.
Group sex: I will wave my shipping them with other people DNW if you want to write one of the “group sex/public use leads to discovering of feelings” ideas discussed here. If you don’t feel comfortable taking ideas from an anon meme without permission, I will de-anon to tell you the sex pollen one is mine. Please, take it. Write it for me. I would love it.
Backstory Steve/Tony: I have long craved P/T fic where Tony had a relationship with Steve in his backstory. I’m not looking for Steve bashing here, but I like the idea of Peter being super insecure over it and Tony having to convince him that in his eyes, no one holds a candle to Peter, not even Captain Fucking America. Some specific ideas for that:
- Peter knows about the background relationship all along, and it has him convinced he can never be enough
- Peter doesn’t find out about it until later, maybe after they are already dating, and it freaks him out
- The Tony/Steve hookup happens during the Endgame gap and is really about Tony and Steve’s respective losses (Tony’s loss of Peter, and Steve’s loss of whoever you like, Bucky or Sam would both work for me), but Peter has a hard time believing that when he comes back
  
  Note: For any variation of this, showing the Steve/Tony part onscreen is fine, as is discussing it in detail (not required, but fine: don't worry about it conflicting with my not-shipping-with-others DNW)
Backstory Tony/Obie: They have a dubconny something at one point (see my Tony/Obie section for more thoughts!), and it effects the way Tony relates to Peter. Maybe he is way too cautious because he doesn’t want mistakes repeated. Maybe he dives in headfirst but then freaks out the first time he’s afraid he’s done anything to hurt Peter, because it reminds him of Obie. Maybe Peter is curious to try topping but Tony has a major hangup about it because Obie topped him and it has bad associations. Maybe Tony doesn’t even realize exactly how fucked up things were between him and Obie until he mentions something about it and Peter is like WTF? Etc. Cue misunderstandings, hurt feelings, and/or hurt/comfort when Tony finally explains what’s going on.

A note on timelines: I’d prefer fic where the events of Civil War and Homecoming happened as in canon (except for the Hoco-but-with-fucking prompt, obvi), but after that, it’s free rein. Post-Homecoming AU where Thanos never happened; AU from some point in IW or Endgame or FFH; Endgame and/or FFH fix-it: it’s all good! For the resurrection based stuff I was really thinking of that as at least post-Endgame and potentially post-FFH as well, and that is where I’d most like to see it.

A note on other characters and ships: DNW Nebula shipped with any man other than Rhodey (but any woman is fair game!) Other than that, feel free to include whatever other characters you desire, and whatever ships between those other characters you may want. However, I DNW poly for Peter and Tony themselves.

When it comes to Tony and Pepper, I really like Pepper, and I DNW her dying or Tony cheating on her with Peter. I also DNW poly/open relationship for them. So I’d prefer a situation where they’ve broken up, or break up over the course of the fic, or, if this is post-Endgame, a situation where she’s moved on before Tony is brought back and he has to accept that. Alternatively, while I don't want an AU where she and Tony were never together, I'm fine with an AU where they just never got back together post-Civil War, or where they broke up during the Endgame five years. Backstory references to other relationships or Tony having flings before he officially gets together with Peter in the fic is also fine.

For Peter, I'm fine with mentions of his crush on Liz, his relationship with MJ, or other high school/college romances happening before or during the fic, but I DNW him cheating on anyone.

Morgan: Morgan is adorable, and Tony is adorable with her, so I’m fine with her existing. However, I like to think Tony is a good dad, so if you do have a world where she exists, please don’t make it impossible for Tony to be seeing her. She doesn’t have to be a focus at all, but no, “and then they stayed married on an alien planet forever” or something. That said, also totally fine for you to AU her away, even if you otherwise keep Endgame.

Request specific DNWs: Poly, cheating, Pepper dying, Tony manipulating or otherwise taking advantage of Peter, Tony kinking on Peter’s youth, Peter being under 15, Peter and Tony having sex when they don’t both have feelings for each other (unacknowledged mutual pining is fine/great), unhappy endings.

Why I requested it: This is my “dirtybadwrong things happen to Peter or Peter/Tony” request, because I love such things.

Why I’m looking for: Bad guys doing them, bad guys making them do it, bad guys just being awful to Peter, Tony being very upset by the bad guys doing bad things to Peter—it all works! I’m here for porn, or for devastating aftermath, or both! That said, if Peter and Tony are forced to have sex, I prefer that they already be attracted to each other or realize they are attracted to each other during (even if they are not acting on it/don’t want to act on it/etc.)

In terms of which bad guy, obviously Beck is on the table. But I’m also down for the Grandmaster, Superior Iron Man, any other canonical villain you think would work, or OCs. Whatever fits the story you’re trying to tell.

If you don't want to do on-screen non-con or heavy whump, aftermath stuff is also great. For exmaple...
- Tony finds Peter who has been whumped to hell and back by Beck or other baddies (sexually or otherwise) and carefully nurses him back to health. Or vica-versa!
- Peter suffering from the long-term effects of Beck fucking with his head, not knowing who to trust, etc. Maybe Tony is resurrected after FFH, and Peter can't belive it's really him?
- Tony grappling with what a mess he made leaving Peter with EDITH
- The two of them dealing with the change in their relationship after bad guys made them do it, or one watched bad guys doing the other, or bad guys forced them to confess feelings, etc.

Why I requested it: The Tom Holland in a robe + intense loyalty kink is aesthetic highly Relevant to My Interests. I am totally obsessed with this ship, and want All the Content.

What I’m looking for: I just love, love, love how devoted to each other these two are. The protectiveness! The Mute’s gentleness with Diarmuid! The way Diarmuid immediately forgives him when the Mute attacks him! The loyalty! Any of that turned into ship is great: from UST through smut, I want it all. Exploration of religious themes is totally A+ if you’re into that, but not focusing on it is also totally okay!

Some prompts:

Pre-canon:

What were their first impressions of each other?
Why and how did they become so devoted to each other?
How do they communicate? Does it take time to learn how?
Happy for this to be UST-y pre-ship, or involve a bunch of fantasizing. Or…maybe they have already explored the physical side of things or expressed love in some way?

Mid- or post-canon fix-it! How? I don’t care. Some ideas, but also totally open to whatever you come up with:

The Mute survives because Reasons. Where do they go from there? Does Diarmuid nurse him back to health? Do they return to the monastery? Go off on some new adventure?
AU where they get away on the boat before the Mute gets off, and they continue their pilgrimage.
AU where they decide to ditch the pilgrimage sometime before the boat incident. Why and how would that end up happening? Maybe one or both are more injured in the initial attack and the other stays behind to help…?
At some point down the line the Mute and Diarmuid end up co-parenting a kid (maybe they pick up an orphan or something? No Mpreg, please!).

Bring on the magic: Totally optional, but for this fandom, I’m open to the idea of weaving in bit more myth, magic, religion-being-real than the canon itself confirms. Some ideas:

The Mute is a fallen angel in a literal sense
Faerie magic is real. Do they find themselves in a faerie realm? Sex-pollened by magic? Maybe Diarmuid makes a bargain to save the Mute’s life?
Magic or whatever causes them to form a soulbond
Diarmuid travels to the afterlife/underworld to save the Mute

Smut: Smut totally not required (I looove me some UST with these two, and sweet soft romance and fade to black), but if you want to write, I’m totally down. Some thoughts:

I am super into either the Mute as a worshipful dom who gives Diarmuid the fucking of his life, or the worshipful sub who…also gives Diarmuid the fucking of his life. Or just plain vanilla worshipful fucking. As long as he is worshipful, is the point.
Super into Diarmuid being very eager but inexperienced, and the Mute teaching him.
Intimate, tender sex and rough “holy shit I want you so bad I can’t believe it wow” sex both great
Diarmuid worshiping the Mute’s scars=yes, good. They are just both so into each other, okay?

Dub-con/non-con: Also totally optional, but if you want to go this route, I’m into either being assaulted by a bad guy, or the two of them being forced to do sexual acts with each other by an outside force. I'm into this the porn, the aftermath, or both!

That scene in the woods with Raymond takes a darker turn, and he assaults Diarmuid. Maybe he wants to prove exactly how unpure Diarmuid is? Or that God won’t save him? Or maybe he’s just an asshole who gets off on the power, it all works.
Raymond or some other bad guy(s) threatens to kill Diarmuid if the Mute doesn’t fuck him (or some other sex act, doesn’t have to be fucking). Maybe it’s because Raymond has it out for the Mute in particular, or it’s for sheer amusement...
Bad guys doing Diarmuid in front of the Mute and/or Mute rescuing Diarmuid from rapey bad guys.
Post-assault, Diarmuid is devastated and guilty and the Mute comforts him.
For aftermath, basically, all the thoughts here are A+.

Definitely anything with Raymond non-conning one or the other, or forcing them to non-con each other

A note on timeline: This can go AU at any point, including an AU where they never even go on the pilgrimage.

A clarification on my character death DNW: I definitely do not want the Mute dead at the end of the fic. AU before the end of the film happens, handwaving that he survives the end of the film, or some sort of actual magic-related resurrection are all fine. Why I requested it: I completely fell in love with this show recently. I am here for the ahistorical fun and the messy as hell characters and relationships. Feel free to lean into the show’s dark humor, the scheming, the skewed power dynamics, the discussions of religion and philosophy that double as veiled (and not so veiled) threats and conversations about power. I’m not looking for heavy angst, but this show is not afraid show the seedy (and yet darkley hilarious) underbelly of Peter’s court as it envisions it, and you don’t have to be either.

What I’m looking for: Definitely feel free to combine these prompts/pairs, even where the ships might be in “conflict.” Like, want to combine Archie & Catherine with Archie & Marial and/or Mariel & Catherine? Archie & Marial: I am fascinated by this relationship and their loyalty to each other. They are both people who don’t like (and certainly don’t trust) many other people, and who have managed to make a lot of people dislike them, but they seem to have so much genuine affection for each other, and that is so interesting to me. I want to know more!

I’d love to know more about their background from when Marial was younger and when Archie was less, um, godly
How they interacted before she was demoted?
What happens after the coup? Does Archie join Catherine’s side? If not, how does that impact his relationship with Marial?
If you want to take this in a shippy direction, I’m down for that, too (or something in-between, with nothing quite spoken or done but there being SOMETHING there).

Catherine & Marial: I just adore this friendship. Marial’s support of Catherine, but also the fact that she’s not afraid to call her out, and has her own goals and ideas and will go against her. Anything with their friendship, their scheming, or maybe a falling out. If you want to focus on schemes, feel free to have Orlo come along, too. Also, fine to have this be somewhat shippy—I’m most interested in their scheming and friendship, but that can have a sexual element, too.

What if Catherine spent longer trying to make things with Peter work. How would Marial react as her hope of being re-elevated seem to sleep further and further away?

Catherine/Peter: I don’t ship these two as in want them to have a happy ending or think they are actually good for each other (Catherine deserves so much better), but I do find them utterly fascinating and love every moment they are on screen together. I really love the moments where they actually manage to get along at least somewhat, and the small glimpses of humanity we (and Catherine) get in Peter, even as she continues to hate him. I love how she uses his growing feelings for her to manipulate him, and also those brief periods where she seems to have some hope that maybe he really can get better. I love his stuttering attempts to maybe actually improve, but also the sheer narcissism and childishness that will never let any improvement stick.

Small moments of surprising shared intimacy, amusement, even sexual pleasure are great. Catherine using those moments to manipulate Peter is great. I’d love to see more missing scenes from those periods in canon.
An AU where the smallpox thing doesn’t happen, and she spends longer trying to mold him into the man she wants him to be.
Post-coup she forces him to resign and keeps him as a (well-kept) prisoner so he can’t cause trouble, or goes to visit him wherever he “retires” so as to check up on him…How their relationship changes when she’s in charge. Does he hate her forever, or kind of still love and admire her? Do they ever have hate!sex? Does he attempt to give her (probably terrible) political advice? Does she feel sorry for him?

Leo/Peter: I love the idea of this ship. I’m envisioning a whole range of things here, from complicated but basically consensual to full on non-con:

Maybe Peter decides to take Leo for a test run before he gifts him to Catherine, just to be sure (other members of the court who were there for the dick reveal can come too if you want!).
Peter and Leo were both jealous of each other at points; maybe they get drunk and decide they want to see what exactly Catherine might see in the other one.
Maybe they hook up to see if they can force themselves to get along for her sake.
Peter was really jealous, and maybe he takes that out on Leo in ways that are highly dub-con (including purposefully plying with drinks, implied death threats) or straight-up non-con. (My Consent Issues letter has a lot more thoughts on my non-con/dub-con smut likes if that's helpful.)

Catherine/Leo/Peter: Kind of take any of the above and smush them together. I’m thinking that this could work especially well as an AU where Peter, after he falls for Catherine and in an attempt to deal with his jealousy and win her heart, decides that obviously the answer is a threesome. Catherine and Leo agree either completely reluctantly due to pressure, or more actively because Catherine sees it as an opportunity to either shape Peter or lure him into a false sense of security. And maybe the sex is surprisingly good even as Leo and Catherine dislike Peter. Maybe Peter and Leo get all competitive about it?

Peter/Georgina/Grigor: I just find this relationship in all its complexity glorious. George's love for Grigor and apparent lust for Peter. Grigor’s utter devotion to his wife, and his simultaneous love for and deep resentment of Peter. Peter’s obliviousness to the fact that this is anything other than straightforward fun. All the ways Peter being emperor skews the power dynamics. Feel free to focus on any specific combo (Peter/George, George/Grigor, Grigor &/ Peter) and how it is influenced by the fact of this threesome.

How did it begin? Who started it? Who made the first move between Peter and Georgina? How did Grigor and Georgina’s wedding go? Wedding NIGHT?
Was Grigor always resentful, or did that grow over time? Is any of his jealousy because he also has feelings for Peter? Did they ever hook up pre-Georgina? Maybe teenage fling? Does Grigor ever get involved with the sex? How often? How does he feel about that?
How do Georgina and Grigor navigate things after Peter is deposed? Do they stick with him? Drop him immediately?
Catherine’s perspective on any of this is also fascinating to me, as suggested by some of my next prompts. Her getting involved in any way (giving genuine advice to one party, meddling to screw with Peter or Georgina or to gain political advantage, or even threesomes/moresomes) all welcome.

Grigor/Peter: I included this separately because I also want to open the door to pre-Georgina Grigor/Peter. Like, did they perhaps hook up as teens/young adults? It’s all just for fun, but maybe for one or both it was a little more, not that they could ever admit it…

Catherine/Georgina: Their rivalry is great, and I’d love to see flirtation, sex, or even romance get involved.

Why I requested it: Like so many other people in the world, I completely fell for this show recently. I love that it lets a woman really and truly be the asshole addict genius, for once. I love how much she loves chess. I love that her addiction isn’t necessary for her genius. I love the period aesthetic!

What I’m looking for/Prompts by Pair:

Beth/Benny: What really sold me on this ship was that Benny only went for it once Beth was good enough to whoop his ass. I love that he’s attracted to her talent. I love that they share an obsessive love of chess that few others understand. I love that he was there for her in the end. I tend to see this ship as one where she likes and cares about him (and maybe even could love him), but he’s more invested, at least by some degree. If there’s pining, I definitely prefer it in the Benny—>Beth direction rather than the other way around.

Give me your interpretation of their first night together. That fade to black was such a tease!

Beth & Georgi Girev; Beth Harmon & Talented Chess Playing Girl: With either of these, what I’m really interested in his how Beth deals with other young prodigies nipping at her heels. Does she learn to be gracious about it? Does it send her into a spiral? Anything that deals with Beth as a more established player and how that changes her relationship to the game is great!

She and Georgi shared a bit of a nice connection. Are they able to build on that over time, or does it become a rivalry. She seemed fascinated by Western culture—does she ever show him around an American city? Does he ever try to defect?
How did Beth’s win at the end of the season effect Russian chess players going forward. I’m guessing Georgi was listening along with everyone else. How did he react or feel about it?
For the talented chess playing girl: If it’s an American girl, does she look up to Beth? How does Beth react to that? Does she try to mentor her, or reject the idea? If she does try a mentorship, how does it go?
For either: The younger character beats Beth in a big match. Does she take it with grace? If not, does she at any point regret her reaction and try to make amends?

Why I requested it: I’d been intrigued by this ship in the first two season, and Season 3 gave me the added angst! Betrayal! Woobiest-of-all-woobies!Robby I needed to push me over into full-blown shipping. (As a sidenote, don’t take the fact that this is listed last, out of alphabetical order, as a sign that I want it less—I just put it here in my letter so people could avoid spoilers more easily.)

What I’m looking for in fic: I’m really hoping for something that picks up what Season 3 was laying down, whether it’s a post-season fic, or an AU where things go differently. I’m really into Robby feeling like he’s completely on his own, his self-loathing about what happened, and his being whumped to hell and back. I’m really into Daniel’s constant worry about Robby, his hurt over being pushed away, and OH MAN, the expression on his face when he sees Robby with Kreese. How can they make things right?

In general, I’m happy for this to be either overall romantic and positive, or really messy and maybe not overall good emotionally, but I don’t want Robby to be intentionally manipulated or pressured by Daniel. I think they’re both good people, and even if this is a bad idea and feelings are hurt or Robby gets in over his head, I prefer it if they’re doing their best and not being intentionally cruel (beyond, like, lashing out in the harded-headed ways the both do sometimes).

Daniel is going to do everything in his power to win Robby back ~~even if that means kissing~~
Robby starts to have doubts about Cobra Kai and Kreese, but he’s still so mad at Daniel for calling the cops, so he sticks with it. What will it take to make him forgive Daniel? And what about the other way around? Does Daniel understand why Robby joined Cobra Kai, or does he feel betrayed, too?
Robby whump! Maybe the other Cobra Kais turn against him after he refuses to go along with something he sees as crossing the line. Or maybe Kreese, in his determination to make Robby the best, gets physically abusive. Maybe Robby snaps and fights back, seriously inuring Kreese, and then has no choice but to go to Daniel for help? Or Robby is left so badly injured himself that he has no choice but to go to Daniel for help? Or maybe Daniel sees him after Kreese has abused him, figures out what’s going on, and won’t stop until he makes sure Robby is okay?
Robby sticks with Cobra Kai all the way through the next tournament, and ends up in the finals against someone from the new Johnny/Daniel dojo. What happens? Does Kreese push him to do something illegal? Does he? If not/if he loses, how does Kreese react, and does that finally push Robby back to Daniel? If he does do something illegal, does Daniel confront him about it?
Future-fic: Robby and Daniel have stayed estranged for years. What happens when they run into each other at a bar/event/the grocery store/whatever? (I would prefer that Robby still be young enough that it is A Notable Thing -- I'm thinking like late teens, early 20s. Maybe he's in college? Immediately after? Or he didn't ever go to college...)

Season 2/3 AUs

Daniel and Robby start something during Season 2, but the Season 2 school fight still goes down and Daniel still turns Robby into the cops for his own good. The added angst!
Instead of turning Robby over to the cops, Daniel helps him hide out. Maybe at the dojo? Maybe at the dealership? Somewhere else? Robby is still isolated and sad, since he can’t go out much or risk making things bad for Daniel. Furtive hidden moments turn into something more…
Robby stays on the run, but he occasionally stops by Daniel’s house or the dojo when he’s in real trouble (super hungry, injured, etc). He refuses to say where he’s staying the rest of the time; Daniel reluctantly helps him because even though he wishes he could do something else, he can’t NOT feed/care for the kid…
While on the run, Robby turns to prostitution for money. Daniel finds out and freaks out.

- I can also totally see Amanda as the instigator, after she gets sick of watching Daniel and Robby dance around each other. Just like “okay, come on!”
- Robby being completely overwhelmed (in a good way) by these two hot adults wanting to have their way with him? Yes, please!
If you want to go in this direction, I am down for some dirtybadwrong Kreese/Robby leading into h/c Robby/Daniel.
- Maybe Kreese frog-in-a-boiling-pot pushes Robby’s boundaries? Or maybe his methods of discipline with Robby are, uh, even more unorthodox than his methods with his other students (spanking? Rough sex? Face-fucking until he can barely breathe? Yes to all). Does Daniel catch him in the act? Does Robby finally snap and turn to Daniel for help? Or maybe he snaps and attacks Kreese, and THEN goes to Daniel for help…
- Kreese makes them do it also welcome! Maybe Robby comes to his senses and goes back to Miyagi-Do, and Kreese gets his revenge by forcing them to fuck. (If you go this direction, I prefer Daniel and Robby to already be attracted to each other, or realize their attraction during the fic)
- Using Terry Silver instead of or as well as Kreese also works, given the tease at the end of the season! If you want to bring in Daniel's trauma around KKIII (or ramp up that backstory to include more explicit creepin' and bad-touch than the movie gave us--which was already so much, honestly) feel encouraged. Maybe he flips out when he finds Robby training with him?
Johnny is obviously hugely important to both of them in different ways. So if you want to lean into that, I have some ideas:
- I also like Daniel/Johnny. I don’t ship Johnny with Robby at all, but if you want to go in the direction of some sort of super messy triad where Daniel has slept with both of them, I’m down.
- Also just really into Johnny and Robby slowly mending their relationship, and Daniel and Johnny slowly becoming friends. So if you want to add either or both of those relationships in, or play with the fallout of Johnny finding out about Daniel/Robby (which I imagine would explode the progress made in either case, and esp. in a Daniel + Johnny friendship), that sounds great.

A note on timeline: As I mentioned, I’d prefer to keep this at least post-Season 2/incorporating some of Season 3, if not post-Season 3.

A note on other characters: Feel free to include whatever other characters you want. I don’t really care much about the teen ships, but it’s find to include background or backstory references to them if it makes sense. I don’t ship Johnny/Miguel, so I’d prefer that not be included.

In terms of Amanda, as noted, I am very down with Daniel/Robby/Amanda. I’m also down with Daniel and Amanda being in an open relationship, whether it’s one where she is well aware of what’s going on, or a “we’re open but we don’t tell each other the details” situation. I’m also okay with Daniel cheating on Amanda as long as he feels guilty about it and is upfront with Robby about what’s going on (that is, don’t have him lie that he and Amanda are open if they are not, or otherwise lie about the state of the realtionship). AU or future-fic where Daniel and Amanda are divorced also works. However, I am a HUGE Amanda fan, so I ask that you don’t kill her off, and if cheating or divorce are involved she’s not the bad guy (if it’s divorce, amicable would be my preference).

Also fine with Robby cheating.

A note on the Karate Kid movies: I have watched them, so feel free to incorporate Karate Kid canon. But if you aren't familiar or prefer to not treat them as canon beyond what is in Cobra Kai itself, that's fine with me, too!
